01Your account

You need an account to generate anything. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything generated under it.

One account belongs to one person or studio. Do not share credentials in a way that lets unrelated parties run generations on your balance.

02What you upload

You must have the right to use every photo you upload. That means the tattoo is your work, or you have permission from the artist and the client to use the image.

We do not claim ownership of your uploads. We store them so we can run the generation and let you download the result.

03What you generate

You own the videos you generate and can use them commercially, including in paid advertising for your studio.

Generated media is produced by AI models and can contain artefacts. Review anything before you publish it.

04Payments and billing

Monthly plans are sold through the iOS App Store. One-time credit packs on the web are sold through Saleonix, which processes the card payment. When you pay on the web, you are buying a one-time credit pack — your plan and tier do not change.

Web pack prices are shown in EUR. iOS subscription prices are shown by Apple in your local App Store currency. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in the iOS app before the renewal date.

We do not store your full card details. Saleonix and Apple provide us with the information we need to grant credits and keep your subscription in sync, such as your email and transaction references.

If an iOS payment fails, your subscription may be paused until payment succeeds. We may suspend access to paid features if a charge is reversed or disputed outside the normal refund process.

05Credits

Credits are the unit we use to run generations. Each template shows its credit cost before you start a render.

New accounts receive a one-time signup bonus. Paid subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period; unused credits from a period do not roll over unless we say otherwise in writing.

Credits are quoted when you start a generation and are only deducted when a render finishes successfully. If a render fails, the quoted credits are returned to your balance automatically.

One-time credit top-ups add to your current balance and do not expire while your account remains active, unless these terms change with notice.

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or resold.

06Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights for iOS purchases are handled under Apple’s App Store policy and applicable consumer law. Web credit-pack refunds are handled under this Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Except where required by law or approved under our Refund Policy, subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been granted or used.

07Service availability

Tattoo Vids is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that any template, model, or feature will remain available at all times.

Generations depend on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Outages, rate limits, model changes, maintenance, or network issues may delay renders or make some templates temporarily unavailable.

We may update, replace, or retire templates and features. Where we remove a template you rely on, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative, but we are not obligated to keep any specific template live.

We are not liable for lost revenue, missed posts, campaign delays, or other indirect losses caused by downtime, failed renders, or changes to the service.

08Acceptable use

Do not upload images of other people's work as your own, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal where you operate.

Do not attempt to resell raw model access, scrape the template library, or circumvent credit limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
